About the wine:
White Franc is a unique blend of Cabernet Franc en Sauvignon Blanc. The Cabernet Franc was pressed with the skins for a quick and light contact to reach a light color and to allow the typical varietal flavors to stay present in the wine. The Cabernet Franc fermentation was seased at a high temperature to retain the wine’s delicate sweetness. Aroma’s: Rose water, citrus blossom and strawberries. Taste: Fresh berries and raspberries. With a herbaceous and refreshing finish.
