Red wine cuvée made from the Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Counoise and Mourvedre grape varieties. Here, under the handwriting of the Israeli winemaker Ze’ev Dunie, a quasi-disguised Châteauneuf-du-Pape was created in the heights of the Jerusalem mountains! Spicy notes combine with essential fruit and balsamic notes with chocolate, pepper, coffee and slightly dried fruits. Although the wine comes with high alcohol values, the acid structure gives it a casual elegance. The finish is always long and powerful and almost leaves you speechless.
